1. You must like the song Never Let Me Down Again by Depeche Mode, of course.

2. You don't need a website to join, but you must have a valid e-mail address. Also the country is required. Fictious names like random characters won't be accepted.

3. Keep your info updated using the edit form.

4. If you have a site/blog, you must add a code on it. If the code is not up by the time of the check, you URL won't be listed.

5. Your site/blog cannot contain illegal or offensive material (i.e. racism, homophobia, porn...).
